Since 1941, the Southern University Alumni Federation has served as the voice for alumni. Consisting of more than 100,000 graduates, the Southern University Alumni is actively engaged throughout the United States and the globe. Led by a history of dynamic, dedicated and capable leaders, the Federation strives to keep graduates connected and exposed to opportunities, recognize alumni accomplishments, bring awareness to issues that affect the University and above all continue the fight to preserve the University and its mission.

In 2017, we founded Central Texas Chapter - Southern University Alumni out of a pure passion for Southern University, its alumni, and the people in the Central Texas region. Our goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing association that all of us are proud to be a part of.
